Robert Armata, DPT, Administrator

Rob received his Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell in 2003. In 2007, he then graduated from Umass Lowell with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Soon after, he became employed by Sports & Rehab in the fall of 2007 as a staff physical therapist. Rob is certified in the Graston Technique, I & II as well as a certification in Trigger Point Dry Needling. Rob has worked in all three of the Sports and Rehab clinics, but is presently the acting administrator for Hampstead Sports and Rehab since 2013. Rob’s main clinical interests include general orthopedics, functional training, and sport specific training.

Aside from Physical Therapy, he enjoys outdoor activities such as golf, camping, and is a fishing enthusiast. He now resides in the town of Danville, NH with his wife and two young boys.

Trigger point Dry Needling, Graston Technique Level I & II, Kinesiotaping, TMJ, Sports Injuries, Pre/Post-Surgical Rehab, Work Conditioning and work-related injuries, Motor vehicle injuries.

Maddy Bissaillon, DPT

Maddy Bissaillon received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2015. She also received a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from UMass Lowell. As an undergraduate, Maddy competed on the women’s soccer and track teams. She was a two year captain and a conference standout on the soccer team. On the track team she competed in the discus and qualified for New England’s multiple times. Maddy specializes in treating general orthopedic conditions that affect both the spine and extremities. Her treatments utilize a combination of manual techniques, therapeutic exercises and modalities. In her free time, Maddy enjoys spending time with family, hiking, going to the gym, kayaking, and snowboarding.

Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy of the lumbar spine, kinesiology taping, rehabilitation for postsurgical orthopedic patient: arthroplasty of shoulder, hip, and knee; sports related injuries, pre and post-surgical rehab, work-related injuries

Jeanne Foley

Jean has been with Sports Rehab since 2014. She is in charge of the front desk operations, and reception area. She has 30 years of experience in the insurance industry and healthcare field. She previously worked as Contracted Healthcare Advocate for area hospitals. In her spare time, she is also a part time Certified Driving Instructor on weekends. Jean is married, and loves spending time on Big Island Pond, with her husband, and their two dogs. She also volunteers at local animal shelters, and town committees.
