Try to reverse your poor posture with this exercise. Cell phones, tablets, computers! All of this new technology can create poor posture by constantly looking down! Try this exercise: ER Pullouts with Chin Tucks! Hold the band in each hand. Keeping your elbows at your sides and your should blades pulled together, rotate your hands away from each other and tuck your chin creating a double chin!
